When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, property address, property type, requested service, and the project details you provide. Please do not include payment card numbers, identification documents, medical information, or other sensitive personal details in the form.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, access times, and security logs to deliver and protect the website.

How we use your information

We use request information to respond, confirm service coverage, discuss estimates, arrange service, maintain relevant customer records, and address questions. Submitting a request allows our office to contact you about that request by phone or email. The form does not enroll you in marketing messages.

Who can receive it

Request details are stored in the website’s hosted database and available to authorized office users. Quick messages collect your name, phone number, email, and message and are sent to our office email through FormSubmit. We also use FormSubmit to deliver estimate requests to our office email; FormSubmit processes the information you enter for that delivery. Hosting, database, security, and communication providers may process information as needed to support these services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect people, property, and legal rights.

This website does not sell estimate request information, use it for targeted advertising, or make automated decisions about eligibility for service.

Cookies and external websites

The site does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use essential cookies for access, authentication, and security. Project videos are hosted with the site. The service-area map uses OpenStreetMap tiles and Leaflet assets delivered by unpkg. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address and browser requests when the map loads. Their privacy practices apply. Links to Google, social media, and payment providers open external services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Request information remains in our records as needed for follow-up, customer service, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. The website uses encrypted connections and limits office access through authentication. No online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

Box 868, Rowlett, TX 75030. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Some information may need to be retained for legal or transaction records.

Where applicable privacy law provides additional rights or deadlines, we will handle requests accordingly. If a request is declined, you can request a review by contacting the same email with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General about privacy concerns.

Children and notice updates

This site is intended for adults seeking property services and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if a child has submitted personal information. We will update the effective date when this notice changes.
